Levamisole hydrochloride, levamisole of tetra-imidazole, activity is about 1~2 times of tetra-imidazole (racemate), but the toxicity is lower. It may inhibit the microtubule structure of the worm. Levamisole also has immunomodulatory and immunomodulatory functions. It has a good effect on roundworm, hookworm, pinworm and strongylodiasis of faecalis.
