Production Introduction:

Amphotericin B is a polyene antifungal drug. Fungi sensitive to this product include Cryptococcus neoformans, Blastomyces dermatitis, Histoplasma, Coccidioides, Sporothrix, Candida, etc. Some Aspergillus species are resistant to this product; skin and Trichophyton Most of them are resistant. This product has no antimicrobial activity against bacteria, rickettsiae, viruses, etc. The drug concentration achieved by the commonly used therapeutic dose has only bacteriostatic effect on fungi.

The product has strong inhibition or killing effect on many kinds of fungal infections, such as cryptococcus neoformans, candida albicans, histoplasma capsulatum, dermatitis odontobacterium, schenckii sporotrichum, trichoderma and cocidiosporidium. This product is mainly used as the first choice for deep mycosis. 
Polyene antifungal agents. This product combines with the sterol on the fungal cell membrane, damages the permeability of the membrane, causes the leakage of potassium ions, nucleotides, amino acids and so on in the cell, destroys the normal metabolism and plays a bacteriostatic role.
